This video simulates elite basketball shooting muscle memory. Use this video 2 to 4 hours per day while shooting baskets and watch your shooting skills soar. Use your laptop at home or on the practice court. Use the zoom function to view with "Full Screen". When practicing shooting try to position the laptop screen 3 to 5 feet from your body. Start with shorter easier shots and progress from there. This video was mainly intended to improve the three point shot but will also improve other shots. The more you use this video the better your results will likely be. Competitive players will notice immediate effects but will have to use this video for several months to get consistent results. This video will mainly improve basketball shooting but will also tend to have overlapping improvement effects in dribbling etc.
