"I used to be a heavy smoker. But when I joined this site I decided to try this nicotene video. So instead of going outside ( at work ) for my nicotene hit, I started getting my hits from this video, I know it sounds crazy but it gave me almost the same feeling, saved me time at work and saved me lots of money not to mention my health. It seems to work better if you play the video for around 25 minutes and then stop and then when you want to smoke again play the video for 25 minutes and then stop again and just keep doing it that way.
