 The Video is really good if you need to focus your mind for long periods of time. It is also good for getting focused for shorter periods of time as well. This video is the best product on the market for doing complex work, homework or problem solving for long periods of time. The advantage with this video is that once you stop using it you are able to get to sleep at night. With other focus products especially drugs like ritalin it makes it difficult to sleep after use as they products are usually stimulants. The other downfall with chemical stimulants is that they don't allow for increased learning as the brain is too hyped up and out of synchronization.
